Which countries are served and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver within Germany. All orders within Germany are delivered free of charge.

How long does it take to process and deliver orders?
Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). The estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days (Monday to Friday).

How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via our website or the tracking portal of the respective courier service (UPS, FedEx or DHL).

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our order processing is stopped and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

What is the return policy and which items are excluded from returns?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be original, unused, and in their original packaging.
